Ulaganaayan Kamal Haasan and Superstar Rajinikanth are the two pillars of Tamil cinema. Every aspiring actor who wants to be an actor in Tamil cinema must have been inspired either by Kamal Haasan or by Rajinikanth. Both them achieved many milestones in their respective career and fan base of bot the actors is immense even today.

Being introduced by legendary filmmaker K Balachander, both of them identified as best friends since the day they started sharing screen space together. After appearing along with Kamal Haasan in few movies as a character artist, Rajinikanth started acting as solo hero in movies once Kamal Haasan advised him to take care of his career. Now he has a fan base which no other hero could imagine in the world.

Now after almost 35 years, both the actors are going to work on a film together according to sources. They both were last seen in Bollywood film Geraftaar which was released in 1985. In the film they acted along with Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bhachchan.

Reason behind this reunite of massive combination is none other than the young sensation Lokesh Kanagaraj who is currently busy shooting for actor Vijay’s upcoming film. Earlier, we have heard that Lokesh has pitched a story to Rajkamal Internationals of Kamal and got approved. Now this recent buzz says that the movie is going to have both Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan in it. In a way of confirming it, Lokesh has met Superstar Rajinikanth in his Poes Garden residence on December 2nd and was involved in a discussion with the “Petta” actor. The discussion lasted 2 long hours according to reports.

Earlier, It was reported that Rajinikanth called Lokesh to appreciate him for the success of Kaithi. Sources revealed that Lokesh went on to express his idea of featuring both of them together in a script. As soon as the buzz surfaced, fans of both the actors going gaga as it would make a big impact in the box office records.

In the 60 years celebration of Kamal Haasan, both the actors requested their fans not to fight with each other as love is the only thing that will last forever. Now it seems both of them are going to walk their talk by working in a film together.

On their political career front, both the actors are all set to compete in the assembly election of 2021. They even promised to join hands in politics if it is required. Kamal Haasan is currently busy in working for the sequel of his blockbuster film Indian whereas Rajinikanth completed shooting for “Darbar” and signed his next film with “Siruthai” Siva.
