Director S.P Jananathan of “Peranmai”, “Bhooloham” fame, is directing Vijay Sethupathi and Shruthi Haasan in a political thrilled named “Laabam”. The film’s final schedule of shooting is currently taking place near Krishnagiri, Tamil nadu. On knowing about Vijay Sethupathi’s presence, many of his fans reached the shooting spot to meet him. Irrespective of the COVID 19 protocols, Vijay met them and greeted them physically, according to reports.

Shruti Haasan who had combination scenes to shoot with the actor, saw everything and decided to leave the shooting spot, report suggests. As there were no other scenes were planned, the entire shooting of “Laabam” got interrupted due to this decision of the actress. Watch the video below :

Meanwhile, actress Shruti Haasan, in her official twitter account posted a tweet reacting to this issue. The actress said that COVID 19 is a serious health risk and added that the pandemic is not over yet. In a way of denoting the incident that took place in the shooting spot of “Laabam”, Shruti said that she has every right to prioritise her safety and health if protocols were not followed.

Responding to this tweet, a fan of Vijay Sethupathi shared a video link saying that precautionary measurements are strictly being taken in the shooting spot of “Laabam”. In the video, we could see actor Danny explaining the safety measurements such as providing free masks, checking temperatures being taken by the film management to prevent COVID 19 virus.

However, this is not the first time Shruti Haasan has spoken about this though. A few days ago she shared a video of covering her face, writing how scary it is when Covid 19 protocols are not followed on sets.
