“Stop Tagging Me” – VJ Parvathy Replied To Netizens !! WATCH

Followed by the arrest of “Chennai Talks” youtube channel members, many social media users started tagging video jockey Parvathy in social media platforms and made several memes making fun of her. Reacting to the enormous number of tweets, comments and memes, Parvathy who is widely known for hosting public opinion shows for “Galatta” youtube channel, came up with an Instagram story asking them stop tagging her. She said that the content she is making for her “Therukoothu” show is completely different from what “Chennai Talks” did and asked the people who tagged and mentioned her to watch her videos in youtube.

Three members of a Tamil youtube channel “Chennai talks” arrested for uploading a video of profanity content. Days ago, a video showing young women being asked on how well their 2020 went did rounds in social media platforms. On seeing the 10 minute 33 seconds long video, a woman named Lakshmi who belongs to Besant Nagar has registered a Police complaint, accusing the makers of conversing vulgar content with women.

Police men of Sashthri Nagar registered a case based on the complaint made by the individual and started their investigation. For making an obscene conversation with a woman and uploading it in their youtube channel, host of Chennai Talks named Asen Badshah (23), Camera man of the same channel named Ajay Babu (24) and the Channel’s proprietor Dinesh Kumar got arrested.

Report of Puthiya Thalaimurai has said that the makers of the channel organised such talk show and made videos with people who are known to them. When public warned them not to make such videos, the makers, reportedly involved in argument with them and even made death threat to the public, said the report of Puthiya Thalaimurai. Cases has been filed against the trio under relevant sections of Indian Penal code. The Saidapet court has remanded the accused to 15 days of judicial custody and they are currently lodged in Chengalpet prison.

As soon as the news broke out in social media, many users came up reactions demanding police officials to ban all the youtube channels which are committing similar crimes. Meanwhile, a number of people started tagging video jockey Parvathy and started trolling her for one of her shows “Therukoothu”.

Reacting to all the memes, trolls and criticisms, Parvathy uploaded a post in her social media account saying that he contents would always contain a social perspectives unlike the videos the “Chennai Talks”.

She who termed their way of questioning as “Masala” questions, Parvathy, in her post, wrote “Parvathy’s Therukoothu will never take such Cheap Topics. You Guys Can Very Well Check my Topics. It has a strong social Perspective not those Masala Questions. So Pls Stop Tagging me da dai… “ in her twitter and Instagram and added the link of her videos in youtube.

She also uploaded a video in her Instagram account saying that she never breached other people’s privacy and confirmed that she is always intended on questioning everything with a social perspective unlike “Chennai Talks”. “I am not someone who poses cheap questions in public. Please know the difference between me and youtube channels like “Chennai Talks”. I am asking such questions only to break the stereotypes and I do research before my every show. So please stop tagging me” Parvathy said in her video who added that she has nothing to say to her haters who wanted her to be arrested.
