In an interaction with his Instagram followers, Music composer Yuvan Shankar Raja, answered to many of their interesting questions. Yuvan who composed music for more than 100 films in Kollywood, is considered as a youth icon as he relates youngsters with his music and unique voice. The 40 year old composer currently enjoys 5 lakh followers in Instagram and conducted a chat session with his followers on Friday. In his interaction, the music composer answered to many questions including about composing music for “Valimai”, one of the most expected upcoming project of him.
The most shocking part about the chat session is when Yuvan answered to a follower who asked question about his worst fear and about how he overcomes it. While answering to him, Yuvan said that he had suicidal thoughts once. “I used to get suicidal thoughts before. That was actually my worst part. Islam has helped me to overcome it. Thank you” the music composer said to his fan.

To another user who asked about his movie producing experience, Yuvan Shankar Raja said that it was not so pleasant. “Not great. Trusted a lot of people. Trust is a Big word I learnt”
So far Yuvan has produced a film named as “Pyar Prema Kadhal” and it became a success. He was planning to do produce a film named as “Alice” having Bigg Boss fame Raiza in the lead. There is no recent update on the project. To a follower who asked about how he handles failures. Yuvan Shankar raja said that failure in work is easy to handle “but when it happens in life it is very hard to handle. Never lose hope and Never give up” the music composer wrote.

About composing music for Valimai, Yuvan said that he is currently working on it and things have slowed down due to lockdown.
the sensational music composer said that “Thaniyaga Thavikkinren” is his favourite song of Anirudh Ravichander and said that “En mela vizhuntha mazhaithuliye” from “May Madham” is his favourite one of A.R Rahman.
Yuvan is a son of legendary music director Ilayraaja and debuted through Selvaraghavan’s “Thulluvadho Ilamai”. Despite of entering the industry with his father’s influence, the music director worked hard and gained a separate fan base for himself. Today, he is one of the very few music composers who enjoys a fanbase equal to a mass hero.
